What are your bracelets made of?
Each page names the beads, for example glass seed beads, faux pearl beads or copper beads with a gold-tone finish, and the cord.
Is any of it real gold?
No. Gold-tone pieces are copper or stainless steel beads with a gold-tone finish, named plainly on each page.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Keep it dry, take it off for swimming and showers, and store it flat.
Sizing
How do I find my wrist size?
Use our wrist size guide. It takes one minute and shows your size straight away.
What if I need another size?
All sales are final and sizes are not exchanged, so please check your size with our guide before you order.
Can I stack different sizes?
Yes. Many shoppers pick one size up for a looser stack. Check the guide first.
Final sale and claims
Can I return my bracelet?
All sales are final, so we cannot take bracelets back for a change of mind or a different size.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $75 or more. Below $75 it is a flat $5.95.
Where do you ship?
We happily ship all across the USA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your bracelet is on its way. You can also use our Order tracking page.
